Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate and receive/send pre-alerts to all airlines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and local customers.
• Manage all administrative matters of freight and customs operations: bookings, orders, cargo planning, air export and import documentation, tracking, custom declarations, shipments follow-up, and monitor clearance & deliveries.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders;
• Ensure shipments and documentation are handed over to the terminal timely and accurately
• Experienced with the know-how for air space planning.
• Ensure all members and tasks meet company policy and standard operating procedures;
• Communicate with the GS team and sales team to achieve a smooth operation process.
• Familiar with the EU market will be an advantage
• Co-ordinate shipments with concerned parties to streamline the process.
• Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review.
• Organize and arrange airfreight jobs, courier jobs & Time Critical jobs
• Analysis carrier performance

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in air export and import operation in the freight forwarding industry;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Hungarian
• Strong planning and data analysis skills
• Good knowledge of airlines and air terminal operation Proficiency in air freight operation, load planning & ULD loading Well organized and responsible. Excellent team spirit Proficient in PC skills and MS Office Willing to work under pressure Knowledge of export and import laws and regulations; Advance :
• Holding a valid certificate of Dangerous Goods;
• German language;
